What is a “Mastermind”?

“Masterminds” are used in business all the time as a coaching and reflection tool to bring visions forward to success. Through meeting with a diverse group regularly with shared directions and problems, we share collective expertise, pre-empt problems before they arise and support one another to grow. A clear structure ensures meetings are purposeful, focused and also have room for spontaneous growth. Meetings are online with a small group of teachers across the globe and are facilitated by Becky Carlzon and trained facilitators.

How do I know it will work?

Our Masterminds incorporate all 3 aspects of Collective Efficacy, ensuring individual and collective growth.
