Masterminds are a coaching and reflection tool

“Masterminds” are used in business all the time as a coaching and reflection tool to bring visions forward to success. Through meeting with a diverse group regularly with shared directions and problems, we share collective expertise, pre-empt problems before they arise and support one another to grow. A clear structure ensures meetings are purposeful, focused and also have room for spontaneous growth. Meetings are online with a small group of leaders across the globe and are facilitated by Becky Carlzon and trained facilitators.

We implement Collective Efficacy to make it work

The structure and approach of our Leadership Masterminds are based on John Hattie’s meta-research into Collective Efficacy which found that the biggest impact in schools comes from us, the adults. However, there is a 4-fold difference between the most impactful adults and the least. The most impactful adults engage with “Collective Efficacy” which involves:

Our Masterminds incorporate all 3 aspects of Collective Efficacy, ensuring individual and collective growth.

What if, together, we could...

If you are passionate about teaching, this is an inspiration journey you deserve to be on.
