Joining a Leadership Mastermind is one of the most powerful actions you can take to upgrade your leadership skills. Through deep conversations with leaders across the world based on book studies, hot seats and what really matters in education, you will gain perspective, insight and depth to your leadership and be able to pinpoint key actions to take to bring your school vision to success.
“Masterminds” are used in business all the time as a coaching and reflection tool to bring visions forward to success. Through meeting with a diverse group regularly with shared directions and problems, we share collective expertise, pre-empt problems before they arise and support one another to grow. A clear structure ensures meetings are purposeful, focused and also have room for spontaneous growth. Meetings are online with a small group of leaders across the globe and are facilitated by Becky Carlzon and trained facilitators.
The structure and approach of our Leadership Masterminds are based on John Hattie’s meta-research into Collective Efficacy which found that the biggest impact in schools comes from us, the adults.
